Press Release: Delegated acts of the CAP reform accepted by the Council

On 14 April 2014, the Council of the European Union decided not to oppose a set of eleven European Commission delegated acts in the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform package which was adopted in 2013.

This first wave of delegated regulations would implement significant elements of the CAP reform.
