	On 5 March 2014, the Council of the European Union adopted Council Decision 2014/119/CFSP. The Council Decision imposes the freezing of funds and economic resources of persons identified as responsible for the misappropriation of Ukrainian State funds and persons responsible for human rights violations in Ukraine.
