On 4 February 2016, the High Representative announced the alignment of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Albania, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, members of the European Economic Area, as well as Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova and Georgia with the Council Decision 2015/2359 concerning restrictive measures against Syria.
