The Council of the European Union adopted conclusions on the annual report 2016 to the European Council on EU development aid targets. The report featured the preliminary information on the 2015 EU official development assistance (ODA), and showed that the EU's collective ODA reached €68.23 billion in 2015, an increase of 15% compared to 2014.
