Press Release: Council and European Parliament agree on the technical implementation of the Kyoto Protocol

On the 19 March, the European Council's Permanent Representatives Committee approved the compromise reached between the Council and the European Parliament concerning a regulation amending Regulation No 525/2013 as regards the technical implementation of the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
