Press Release: Commission welcomes Member States’ agreement on robust testing of air pollution emissions by cars

At the meeting in the Technical Committee of Motor Vehicles on 28 October 2015, Member States voted by a large majority on the second package of implementing measures to introduce real driving emissions tests for air pollutant emissions by diesel cars.
