Representatives from the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the European Central Bank began a further audit of Portugal's economic health in September 2013. The visit was originally expected to take place in July 2013, but was postponed following political crisis in the country (formally this was called the 8th and 9th review mission to Portugal, with the next quarterly review in November 2013).
