Poland forum kick-starts Transnistria talks

Preview of meeting on 9 September 2011 on trying to resolve the dispute between Moldova and its rebel Transnistria region. The meeting comprised the sides, mediators and observers in the negotiation process: the Republic of Moldova, Transdniestria, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the OSCE, the United States and the European Union.
