One year after the start of Ukraine’s pro-Western revolution - the Euromaidan - EUObserver published on the 21 November 2014 an article with an overview on the conflict and the challenges still connected to the crisis which started in November 2013. Among other issues, the article mentions a November 2014 report by the UN's Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights which concluded that 'on average 13 people were killed every day' in September and October 2014. Also, on the 21 November 2014 a coalition agreement was finally signed between five parties in Ukraine following the parliamentary election in October 2014 and a government with a new mandate to reform would take office in December 2014.
