Moscow and Tbilisi agree outline for peace plan

Russia and Georgia agreed on the 12 August 2008 an outline peace plan brokered by French President Nicolas Sarkozy after Moscow ordered a ceasefire in the six-day battle over the Georgian breakaway enclave of South Ossetia.
