Migrant tragedy leaves dozens dead in Austria

Seventy one migrants were found dead inside a truck on a highway in Austria on the 27 August 2015 - yet another shocking tragedy in the migration crisis confronting Europe during 2015.

German Chancellor Merkel in Vienna on that day for the Western Balkans Summit said that the 'horrible' discovery was a warning to Europe to get to grips with the migrant crisis.

Four defendants (three Bulgarians and an Afghan) appeared in court in Hungary on the 29 August 2015 over the migrant truck tragedy.
