Memo: FACT SHEET- Central African Republic

The European Commission on 16 December 2013 published a fact sheet about the Central African Republic. The European Union (EU) is a key partner of the Central African Republic (CAR) and the country's main donor. Relations are bound by the Cotonou Agreement.
