An informal meeting of the Justice and Home Affairs Council took place on 09-10 July 2015 in Luxembourg. The following topics were on the meeting's agenda: + State of play of cooperation between security and intelligence services in the fight against terrorism; + Cyber‐Terrorism and Cybersecurity; + EU action plan against migrant smuggling (2015‐2020); + External aspects of resettlement; + Internal aspects of asylum; + Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the fight against fraud to the Union's financial interests by means of criminal law; + Judicial control and cross-border measures in the Regulation on the establishmenet of the European Public Prosecutor's Office; + Reflections on a revision of Council Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgements in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, repealling Regulation (EC) No 1347/2000. Official meetings are organised by the Council of the European Union and chaired by its presidency. However, each Council presidency also organises informal meetings of ministers to discuss initiatives related to a particular topic or Council configuration. |
