This was second in a series of four roundtables on the challenges ahead for Welsh public services and their finances initially given in May 2016. This Brexit paper has been updated in July 2016 to reflect the result of the EU Referendum held in June 2016.

With Assembly elections, the EU referendum, further Austerity and rising demand and cost pressures, public services in Wales faced a turbulent year. To help leaders, professionals, policy makers and commentators make sense of the terrain, the Wales Public Services 2025 Programme held a series of four briefing/roundtable events at Cardiff Business School.
