Large-scale demonstrators took to the streets across Germany on the 17 September 2016 in protest over the proposed Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) currently being negotiated between the EU and the United States. Protestors also attacked the recently agreed equivalent deal with Canada (CETA).
