Hearing of the Eurogroup President at the plenary session

The European Parliament's plenary session held a hearing on 27 April 2017 attended by the Eurogroup President, Jeroen Dijsselbloem.

The main topic on the agenda was the state of play of negotiations between Greece and its creditors regarding the second review of the country's economic adjustment programme.

However, there was also time for some comments produced by the Eurogroup President on the alleged fiscal laxity of Southern European member states.
