Greek debt targets missed, says independent report

EUObserver reported that Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos attacked on 1 September 2011 a report from the newly established State Budget Execution Monitoring Office in Greece warning that Greek government debt continued to increase and had already missed 2011’s budget target even though there were still four months left in the year.
