Gaza on edge of instability, EU diplomats warn

According to an internal report issued by EU countries’ ambassadors to the Middle East, the miserable living conditions in Gaza risked seeing Hamas, the militant group which holds power, being ousted by religious radicals or becoming more violent itself.

Diplomats warned that the strip was on the edge of instability.
