Federica Mogherini speaks with the Libyan Prime Minister Fayez Al Sarraj

On the 17 January 2017, the High Representative/Vice President Federica Mogherini spoke at length with the Libyan Prime Minister Fayez Al Sarraj.

They discussed the political and security situation in Libya and the support that the European Union provided to the Government of National Accord and to the Libyan people.
The HRVP reaffirmed the EU's full commitment to supporting the political process and the priorities defined by Libya in a number of areas, including migration and border control.
