[European elections 2014 in Germany: Results] Germany’s centre-right wins election, Eurosceptics near 7%

Without the 3% electoral threshold, 14 German parties got a seat in the European Parliament after the election on the 25 May 2014. The centre-right coalition got around 35% of the votes, while the centre-left SPD got 27%.

Compared to the previous European elections in 2009, voter participation in Germany has increased by more than 4%.
