EU survey finds ‘enormous disparity’ in national energy efficiency policies

EurActiv reported that an EU-funded expert study from the Wuppertal Institute and Ecofys called 'Energy Efficiency Watch
2' published in August 2013 uncovered vast differences in the ambition and nature of energy efficiency policies implemented across the 28 EU member states.
