EU-Republic of Korea summit, Seoul, 15 September 2015

The eighth bilateral summit between the European Union and the Republic of Korea will take place on 15 September 2015 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The EU will be represented by Donald Tusk, President of the European Council. Korea will be represented by President Park Geun-Hye. The European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström, representing the President of the European Commission, will also be present.

Leaders are expected to discuss:

+ the positive state of EU Korea bilateral relations
+ regional issues and global challenges, such as climate change and counter-terrorism
