EU executive leaves Roma problem to France

EUObserver suggests that in September 2011, one year after EU Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding compared France to Nazi Germany over its expulsions of Roma, Mrs Reding has opted to keep silent on reports from Human Rights Watch that little has changed.
