Estonia’s governing party wins parliamentary election

Deutsche Welle and other news sources reported that the governing Reform Party of Prime Minister Taavi Roivas in Estonia won the general election held on the 1 March 2015. A coalition government between the Reform Party and Social Democrats was expected.

The election campaign had been dominated by economic issues and security concerns in the context of the instability in Ukraine.
