Erdoğan launches democratic reform plan

Turkey’s Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, unveiled a long-awaited democratic reform plan on the 30 September 2013. The proposals received praise from the European Commission and criticism from the parliamentary opposition in Turkey
