Electronic tags for sheep ‘unworkable’ in Wales, say campaigners

THE campaign to stop the forced introduction of electronic identification for sheep and goats continues in October 2008 with a debate in Westminster and calls for EC representatives to visit Wales urgently to see the problems for themselves. The moves follow a delegation of farmers to Brussels to give evidence before the European Parliament’s Agriculture Committee, October 2008
