The Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Union and six southern African countries came into effect on 10 October 2016.

This EPA grants duty-free access to the European Union for six countries of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) - Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Swaziland.
