Council conclusions on Libya

In Conclusions on Libya adopted by the Council of the European Union on the 15 August 2014, the EU reiterated its condemnation of the increasing violence in Tripoli, Benghazi and elsewhere in the country and its devastating effect on the lives of the civilian population and was strongly concerned by the threats it represented for regional security and for the European Union.
