‘Consumer rights directive’ for EU

Article reports on a speech by Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission responsible for Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, called 'Making the Most of the Internal Market: Concrete EU Solutions to Cut Red Tape and to Boost the Economy' given in Brussels, 24 February 2010.

In the speech Mrs Reding set out her priorities for the next five years, 2010-2014.
