Clock is ticking on Serbia’s EU bid

The European Union said on the 2 December 2011 that Kosovo and Serbia had agreed in EU-erdiated talks to jointly manage their border crossings, one of the most contentious issues between them, which was affecting Serbia's progress towards eventual EU membership.
