EurActiv reported in September on the slow improvement showed by commercial aviation companied regarding fuel efficiency and carbon intensity of the aircrafts used across the globe. The sector was therefore seen as set to miss its climate objectives.

These were the conclusions of a report published by the International Council on Clean Transportation.
