Buildings efficiency ‘absolutely central’ to 2030 climate package

Paul Hodson, the head of the EU’s energy efficiency unit, said to EurActiv on the 03 February 2014 that unlocking the energy saving potential of Europe’s ageing building stock would be “absolutely central” to a key review of EU policy taking place in mid-2014.
