Euronews, the BBC and other news sources reported on the 7 February 2014 that protesters had set fire to government buildings and fought with police on the third day of Bosnia’s worst civil unrest since its 1992-95 war.

Anger over massive unemployment, political inertia and corruption triggered the disturbances.

The protests had begun in Tuzla on the 5 February 2014 but spread to other cities including capital Sarajevo where demonstrators set fire to the country's presidency building.
