Balkan leaders: ‘We are fed up with seminars’

Leaders from six countries in the Western Balkans met in Tirana, Albania on 28 May 2015, in which they agreed on the path towards their accession to the European Union. They stated they were becoming impatient with their long wait to join and needed EU funds to keep up reforms.
