Another setback for French foreign aid

EurActiv stated on the 30 June 2014 that France had decreased public development aid for the second time in 2014.

A new law on aid development, adopted on 23 June by the French senate, would not helped reverting the situation, according to the website.

The same website stated in October 2014 that the French development aid budget had been reduced by almost 20% since 2012.
