Agency workers ruling boosts business

Article reports that businesses and employment agencies in the United Kingdom won a significant boost on 5 February 2008 after the Court of Appeal declined to expand the rights of temporary workers. The UK has fought off attempts to introduce European laws that would give agency workers the same rights as permanent employees after only a few weeks.
