Adoption of the Parliament’s negotiating position on the Structural Reform Support Programme

The European Parliament's regional development committee approved on 29 November 2016 its position regarding a draft regulation establishing a Structural Reform Support Programme.

The proposed scheme offers member states technical help with structural reforms. The European Commission launched it together with the European Semester package in November 2015. The Council of the European Union's committee of permanent representatives adopted its position in April 2016.
