A bridge to the future: European policy for vocational education and training 2002-10

This policy report from the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) reviews the progress achieved during the past eight years of European cooperation on vocational education and training policy, and suggests new directions within the Europe 2020 agenda. The report was presented and discussed at a ministerial meeting in Bruges, Belgium, on 7 December 2010, along with the Bruges communiqué, one of the final milestones of the Lisbon Agenda (2000-2010).
